Timeless Elegance in Colour

To say I love the Timeless Elegance Designer Series Paper in the 2015-2016 Annual Catalogue is putting it mildly! I practically swooned when I discovered it!

Just look! The colours are Basic Black, Sahara Sand, Very Vanilla - so elegant...

And the roses are my favourite!

I chose this DSP to make an anniversary card for my husband's parents 65th Wedding Anniversary. Can you believe it?! Sixty-five years married, and still going strong.

The colour scheme of the anniversary party was yellow and white, and here is the card I made for them.

I used a sponge dauber and a Daffodil Delight ink pad to colour the roses. Took less than five minutes, but made a big impact.

Bling was added with rhinestones, and Happy Anniversary was heat embossed in black using the sentiment from the beautiful Timeless Love stamp set.

A list of the products used to create this card is found below.

I also used this Timeless Elegance Designer Series Paper for a mini album class, giving the album a really vintage look.

If you haven't noticed this DSP yet, be sure to take a closer look!
And thanks for stopping by - I hope you enjoyed the projects.

Happy Stamping!

Vacation is Over!

Well, to be honest it's been more than a vacation. I've made some lifestyle changes, some business decisions, and even re-purposed rooms in our home.
And it all took a while... but I'm baaaaack! (smile)

I've held two Christmas in July classes this week - four cards and four tags, using new Christmas stamp sets from the annual catalogue, take a peek:

To get in the spirit we turned the air-conditioner to freezing, put on Christmas music, got out a few decorations and candy canes! Everyone had fun!

Here is a closer look at the tags:

Below is a list of supplies that we used to create the cards and tags.

You'll be hearing more from me in the near future, and if you've read this far I want to tell you that I will have a special announcement to make next Tuesday... one that I think you're going to like!!

Sure hope you're having a wonderful summer.

Happy Stamping!
Carol
